Benefits of Individual Therapy

Without deep self-reflection, challenges may feel overwhelming, and patterns may repeat unconsciously.

Experience a transformative process in a safe and supportive environment.

Self awareness & insight

Therapy provides a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This can lead to greater self-awareness, helping patients understand why they act or feel a certain way and how they can improve.

Emotional Healing

Therapy can help individuals process past trauma, grief, or unresolved emotional issues. It allows for the healing of wounds that may have affected their present emotional state. Patients will eventually gain a sense of accomplishment and strength as they progress.

Coping & Emotional regulation skills

These important skills help individuals change their behaviors and provide long-term benefits, helping individuals manage future challenges and maintain their mental well-being.

Assessment and diagnosis process

The diagnostic services offered by the center include interviews, psychological assessments, speech and language evaluations, as well as assessments of psychomotor abilities and transversal skills.

These evaluations help us understand an individual’s development, abilities, behavior, and psycho-emotional, relational, and social state, allowing us to provide the most effective care.

These interventions begin with a detailed clinical interview and a specific anamnesis collection before proceeding to diagnostic assessments.

The use of appropriate psychometric tests, measurement scales, and standardized clinical and psychoeducational evaluations ensures rigorous therapeutic follow-ups.

Assessments for beneficiaries are conducted through a coordinated evaluation process within the team.

A comprehensive summary report helps identify needs and determine the appropriate care plan, which may be provided either within the center or externally. Specialists ensure coordination by holding regular case follow-up meetings to share insights on the individual’s needs and progress. They also collaborate with various stakeholders to provide a holistic approach.
