Parental support

Our commitment to child mental health begins with their families. We believe that supporting a child’s emotional and psychological well-being starts with understanding and addressing the needs of their caregivers.

Through parental guidance techniques based on Reflective Parenting, inspired by MBT (Mentalization-based therapy), we help parents develop a deeper awareness of their child’s emotions and behaviors. By strengthening the parent-child relationship and enhancing caregivers’ ability to mentalize, we create a foundation for secure attachment, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships in the future.

Each team member is trained to parental guidance based on the MBT (Mentalization-based therapy) guidelines because we believe in the fundamental role of reflective functioning in emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, and mature interactions. By encouraging individuals’ to reflect on their own and others’ mental states, we help them navigate emotional challenges, enhance self-awareness, and improve their relational capacities.

We aspire to inspire and contribute to the training of the next generation of therapists, researchers, and practitioners.

By integrating MBT (Mentalization-based therapy) principles into both clinical practice and training, we ensure that our interventions are grounded in evidence-based methodologies that promote meaningful and lasting change.
